Welcome
to the State Street/Irvine Avenue Corridor Study website!
This site is commited to providing information to the citizens,
business owners, and civic leaders. The overall intent of this study
is to identify and develop, implementable and cost effective strategies,
concepts and plans for the State Street/Irvine Avenue (Business Route 62)corridor.
The corridor extends from Keel Ridge Road (US 62) in the City of Hermitage
down Business Route 62 to the Ohio State Line in the City of Sharon.

New content will be added to the website over the next few months
including public meetings, announcements, details on the project,
and other information relevant to the State Street/Irvine Avenue
corridor.
Funding for this study is being provided by through a Pennsylvania
Community Transportation Initiative grant (PCTI) received by the
Shenango Valley Area Transportation Study (SVATS). The study is
being put together by the Mercer County Regional Planning Commision,
the consultant group, and the study
committees.
